Currently, we support cats and dogs.

We recommend uploading at least 15-20 clear, varied photos of your pet for best results. You should include close-ups, complete body shots, and as many angles as you can.

We support JPG, PNG, WebP. HEIC from iPhones are not supported and will need to be converted before upload.

You can choose from two aspect ratios:

• Wide screen (16:9) which will provide a 1344×768 image by default with upscale to 1920×1080
• Square (1:1) and they will be 512×512 image by default with an upscale to 2048×2048

An AI model is what we use to train the AI on your pet. This is a custom AI model that is used to generate all the images you choose. We keep a copy of the model as long as your account stays open. This allows you to come back and generate more images later. You can also choose to remove the model at any time from your account.

At PetFun, we offer three tiers of AI training to cater to varying needs:

• Starter Training: This entry-level training provides a basic understanding of your pet’s features, resulting in fun and creative images with a general resemblance to your pet.
• Plus Training: A step up from Starter, Plus Training offers enhanced likeness and detail, capturing more of your pet’s unique characteristics for more personalized images.
• Pro Training: Our most advanced option, Pro Training delivers the highest level of detail and personalization, producing images that closely mirror your pet’s distinct appearance and personality.

Each level is designed to balance quality and resource usage, allowing you to choose the best fit for your desired outcome and budget.

The initial custom AI model creation takes between 20 minutes and an hour to create, depending on your package. Once this has been created, image presets are generated within a minute.

The nature of AI means that the images generated are random and can include unexplained artefacts sometimes. We provide a feedback system so that you can let us know if the image isn’t up to your liking. If this happens too often, we can look at adjusting your model’s settings.

You do, you are granted full ownership and commercial rights to use your images as you see fit.

The images are used to train the AI model. These are compressed and stored in case of the need for retraining.

Our payments are powered and secured by Stripe, and we accept all major credit cards.

Due to the immediate nature of our AI service and the costs involved in processing your pet’s images, we do not offer refunds once the first model has been trained. We do however provide regeneration if you aren’t happy with the first image. Depending on your chosen package will determine how many regenerations you are allowed.

Yes, all your pet photos, models and personal information are protected using industry-standard encryption and secure servers. We never share or sell your data to third parties and strictly follow data privacy regulations. There might be an occasion where we will use your generated images in marketing, but we will ask first.
